AJE Updates

#AJEParis2019: Book your place at our first international conference

This year will see the AJE’s first international conference, held before the WJEC three-day event at Dauphine University in Paris.

Our conference theme is  ‘Untold Stories’ and members of the AJE will present a range of thought-provoking papers.

We will also be joined at the AJE Paris Conference by The Guardian’s award-winning Amelia Gentleman, who will our keynote speaker on the day. Again, I think we can expect, a fascinating and enjoyable presentation from Amelia.

You are now able to register for the event here.

The AJE committee has also decided that the conference will be free to attend.

We would ask that member notes that they must register by May 31, 2019 – this is a requirement of the university so they have a sense of numbers but also it will enable the AJE to arrange catering (morning coffee/lunch/drinks reception will be provided).

We had a fantastic response to our call for papers and look forward to welcoming members and friends of the AJE to the conference.
