Call for Papers: Covid-19 learning & teaching journalism – new approaches

Following our successful event on June 19, the AJE is delighted to announce we will host a second online conference exploring how we as journalism educators are responding to the pandemic.

The conference will seek to provide discussion, advice and guidance on issues around learning, teaching, assessment, research, placement, building & nurturing new learning communities and workplace wellbeing.

We are seeking contributions for papers on any of these themes, or indeed any issue that you as journalism educators feel are relevant as we prepare to begin the new academic semester in Autumn 2020.

Paper presentations will be 10 minutes in duration.

Abstracts and proposals of c.200 words should be submitted to: assjrned@gmail.com by Thursday July 16, 2020 at 4.30pm. You will be contacted shortly thereafter to notify you of final decisions.
